30-Day Manifest Protection & Discrepancy Policy

1. Manifest Variance Threshold (5% Rule)

Liquidation Pallet USA guarantees that every manifested pallet matches its downloadable inventory itemization within a 99.2% scanned accuracy standard. If a delivered manifested pallet exhibits an audited variance exceeding 5% in primary SKU line items or total piece count versus the signed carrier Bill of Lading, our claims desk will issue an immediate prorated commercial credit or replacement item lot.

2. Filing a Discrepancy Claim

To file an audit claim:

1. Submit your claim within 30 calendar days of carrier delivery receipt.
2. Provide photographic documentation of the pallet prior to full de-banding and the numbered freight seal intact.
3. Attach a copy of your signed carrier Delivery Receipt (DR) noting any exterior transit distress.
4. Email your claim packet directly to support@palletdealsusa.us.

3. Raw Gaylords & Mystery Bins

Raw unmanifested Gaylords, salvage parcel lots, and mystery boxes are sold strictly as non-manifested raw bulk volume and are sold as-is without individual SKU warranties.
